''Try-me'' Terms and conditions

Conditions:

Purchase up to 12 items in total

Pay for them - knowing that you are able to return 11 of them and keep at least one item.

Place items you are returning in the enclosed courier bag with filled-out returns slip and call your local Post Haste to arrange a pick up and flick us an email or call to let us know that you are sending your parcel back.   

Once we have received your parcel back and carefully checked that the items you have returned within 7 days of receiving them and that they:
~ are in perfect condition and have not been worn
~ pass the smell test
~ have all their tags, cards attached

You will be fully refunded for these items within 3 days of us receiving them back.

Sorry, but we will not be able to refund products that are sent after 7 days, or don’t pass the smell test, or have had their tags removed. 

If they have been washed at all, or show any signs of being worn, we will need to charge you for them and for the postage to send the items back to you.
