The beautiful native New Zealand Tūī is one of the largest members of the diverse honeyeater family. It is recognised by its distinctive tuft of white feathers under the neck and bellbird-like call. The Tūī can be found throughout New Zealand, including the southern Catlins coast. Ana Lee Bergius is an artist living and working in the Catlins, New Zealand. Inspiration is drawn from her natural surroundings as well as her Maori/European heritage.
